Terms of Service

§1 General provisions

1. These Terms govern the use of the Memosaro app available at memosaro.com (“App”, “Service”).
2. The Service is operated by REBOT MICHAŁ JACKOWSKI (Poland), email: kontakt@rebot.com.pl.
3. The Terms define the scope of electronic services, conditions of use, complaints, and rules for entering into and terminating service agreements.

§2 Definitions

• User – a person with an Account in the Service.
• Account – a password-protected space that enables use of the Service.
• Content – data entered by the User (e.g., items/assets, notes, photos, files, history).
• Services – electronic services provided by the Operator via the App.

§3 Services and scope

1. The App enables, among others:
• creating/managing a user account,
• adding and managing items (e.g., vehicles, tools, pets),
• keeping history entries, adding photos/documents,
• reminders, calendar, tasks (Kanban),
• generating PDF reports, viewing statistics/analytics.
2. Basic services are free; premium features may be introduced later for a fee.

§4 Conditions of use

1. Requires Internet access and a browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled.
2. Unlawful content or actions that disrupt the Service are prohibited.
3. Users must comply with law, these Terms, and good practice.

§5 Registration and account

1. Registration is voluntary but needed for full functionality.
2. Login options: email/password and Google/Facebook (where available).
3. Users provide accurate data, keep credentials confidential, and may delete their Account at any time.
4. If the Account was created via Google/Facebook, deletion must be confirmed with the link sent to the registered email (instructions: https://memosaro.com/data-deletion).

§6 User rights and duties

1. Users may: use the App’s features, access/export their data (e.g., PDF), delete their account and data.
2. Users must: follow the Terms, respect third-party rights, avoid disrupting the App, and not use bots/scripts without consent.
3. By entering data into the App, the User declares that the data is true, up to date, and does not infringe third-party rights.

§7 Operator rights and duties

1. The Operator: exercises due care in providing services, safeguards data, removes unlawful content, and informs about planned maintenance.
2. The Operator may: change features, perform maintenance, suspend/remove Accounts breaching the Terms, and update the Terms.

§8 Liability

1. The Operator strives for continuous operation but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
2. The Operator is not liable for user-generated content, damage from unavailability, data loss due to force majeure, or the user’s hardware/software issues.
3. Users are responsible for the content they add.

§9 Intellectual property

1. App structure, code, and graphics are owned by the Operator.
2. Users retain rights to their own content.
3. Users grant a non-exclusive license to use their content as needed to deliver the Services.

§10 Complaints

1. Complaints about the Service may be sent to: kontakt@rebot.com.pl or via the contact form.
2. Include contact details, a problem description, and the date.
3. Complaints are processed within 14 business days of receipt.

§11 Personal data

Data processing rules are described in the Privacy Policy (part of these Terms).

§12 Changes to the Terms

1. The Operator may amend the Terms; significant changes will be communicated in advance.
2. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

§13 Final provisions

1. Polish and EU law apply.
2. Disputes are resolved by the competent common court.
3. These Terms are effective from 15 January 2026.
