Data & account deletion guide

Step-by-step instructions to permanently delete your Memosaro account.

Important!

Deleting your account is irreversible. All your data (items, history, reminders, files and photos) will be permanently deleted within 30 days and cannot be recovered.

To delete your account, follow these steps:

Open Memosaro and sign in using your login method (Google, Facebook, or email/password).

Go to Settings

Click your account name in the top-right, open the dropdown and choose “Settings” (gear icon). On mobile you can also find it in the side menu.

Find the “Delete account” section

Scroll down the Settings page to the “Delete account” section (usually near the bottom).

Click “Delete account”

Press the red “Delete account” button. A confirmation dialog will appear with the consequences.

Confirm the deletion

Read the warning and confirm. After confirmation:

All of your data will be marked for deletion
Permanent removal starts within 30 days
Data cannot be recovered after that period

Confirm via email (for Google/Facebook)

If you signed in with Google or Facebook, you’ll receive an email with a confirmation link:

Check your inbox (and spam folder)
Click the confirmation link in the message
Deletion finishes after you confirm

Email confirmation for social login

Check the email address linked to your Google/Facebook login.
Open the confirmation link we sent.
Account deletion completes after confirmation.

What will be removed?

All assets and their data
History entries and events
Reminders and notifications

All uploaded files and photos
Preferences and account settings
Profile data

Note for Facebook logins

Deleting your Memosaro account does not automatically disconnect Facebook. To fully disconnect, go to Facebook settings → Apps and Websites → remove Memosaro from the list.
